Elliott Farms is comprised of two developments, Woodward and The Gables, bordering the east of 140th Ave. SE on the hill just above the Maple Valley Highway.

With 90 homes are in this community, residents are orgainized under one homeowners association.

Fairwood, a friendly bedroom community is a short commute to a variety of Puget Sound locations, including a 30-45 minute commute to Downtown Seattle.
